There is no argument that Realtor.com gets more consumers visiting it than any other real estate site. We believe that your marketing dollar is best spent in the places consumers are looking, and that means Realtor.com, hands down.
Did you know that without enhanced listings your name and contact number doesn't show on your listings? Did you know that only the main mls photo will show on your listing? Did you know that most consumers pass by listings with only one photo-or even worse listings with no photos at all??
Realtor.com has also launched new features, allowing you to post 25 still photos instead of the normal 6! Consumers that sign up for searches on their site will receive updates on their desktop that launches a slide show of the 25 photos with the listing agents info! And, even more exciting for us, they now will have a Video tab, launching the video of your property right inside the listing page.
